Mar 9, 2010
As the title suggests you will be given tactics for developing your social media strategy which will help you to grow your network and communicate to your users in a way that yields actions.
The 51 top tactics cover a vast range of issues but include tips on how to set up pro accounts, the features of and why you should use Twitalyzer, hashtags & Twitpics, the benefits of igoogle and how to add blog feeds to your facebook fan page.
The session will also cover free tools and applications that cross reference between platforms to maximize your time.
We'll be opening the afternoon session with an inspirational story of how one local charity used social media to raise their profile and double their volunteering numbers in six months.
